If you’re unhappy with your product, you can return it easily with the steps below.
Follow these 3 easy steps to return your device:
- Call our Emergency Medical Alert customer support at 1-877-222-0849 (Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST)
- Our customer support will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include the RMA on the outside of the shipping box you return.
- Your Emergency Medical Alert service will be cancelled when the shipping box with RMA is received by us.
