When the HELP button is pressed the unit will announce “Placing an emergency call now. To cancel the call please press and hold the HELP button for two seconds now.” A call operator will answer the call shortly after.

The highly-trained operator will carefully handle your call to ensure you get the help you need as soon as possible. Whether it’s dealing with a serious emergency, alerting your Emergency Services for assistance, or even having a friendly chat – our Operators are always available to help.

If you are unable to communicate with the response team, the operator will attempt to contact you on the phone number registered to your account next. If there is no answer when calling your phone, emergency help will be dispatched to the location listed on your account.

Wait until the operator answers your call and let them know everything is ok.
